Range - Diamond Days West Coast DIPA Size:Single but not searing"Diamond Days is a brand new West Coast Double IPA that we've cooked up for you folks that like 'em' sticky and with that dank resin kick. We've loaded it up with a hefty dry hop consisting of Chinook, Simcoe, Citra and Nelson Sauvin, plus we hit it with a charge of Mosaic Cryo in the whirlpool. We went particularly light on the malt bill, focusing on a strictly pilsner malt base that is crispy and snappy, and gives the beer a stunning pale yellow
